I've always been interested in Graphic Design, but I don't have $600 to spend on Photoshop. However, if you want many of the features of Photoshop for FREE, there's GIMP, or the GNU Image Manipulation Program. This alternative to Photoshop allows you to make similar edits to photos and other images.

This blog was created with the more economic artist in mind, and I will be posting my artwork, edited 100% in GIMP, every day to show you that you don't need to spend outrageous amounts of money to make great art.
